FindTrustedCare ("we," "us," "our") is a healthcare provider search and booking platform that connects patients with trusted, verified healthcare providers. Our services include provider search, real-time availability checking, appointment booking, and verified patient reviews — all free for patients.
FindTrustedCare offers SMS messaging to provide service-related communications, including but not limited to appointment confirmations, booking reminders, provider updates, and relevant service announcements.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to participate in our SMS program.
By accessing or using the FindTrustedCare website at trustedprovider.org ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. FindTrustedCare reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 6 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
FindTrustedCare is an online platform that facilitates connections between patients and healthcare providers. We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The platform is a tool to help you find and book appointments with independent healthcare providers.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
When you create a patient account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Healthcare providers who register on the platform agree to provide accurate professional information, including credentials, specialties, office locations, and availability. Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their profile information and for maintaining appropriate professional licenses and insurance. FindTrustedCare does not verify or endorse the qualifications of providers beyond the information they provide.
Our platform facilitates appointment bookings between patients and providers. By booking an appointment, you understand that:
Users may submit reviews and ratings of healthcare providers. By submitting a review, you represent that your review is based on a genuine experience and is truthful and accurate. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines, including reviews that are fraudulent, defamatory, or contain inappropriate content.
FindTrustedCare does not provide medical advice. The information on the Site is for informational purposes only and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of FindTrustedCare or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
If you submit any content to us through the Site (such as reviews, messages, or profile information), you grant FindTrustedCare a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our platform and operations. You represent that any content you submit does not violate the rights of any third party.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by FindTrustedCare. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
The Site and all content, materials, and services provided on or through the Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FindTrustedCare, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. FindTrustedCare is not liable for the acts or omissions of any healthcare provider found through our platform.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FindTrustedCare, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
